PLEASE NOTE:
-Consultations: Initial consultations are free. If you move into a new home, we will do another consultation at no charge. If a sitter has to return to your home to pick up keys or for a refresher course, there will be a $20 charge.
-Holiday Fees: We charge time and half on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
-Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a visit or an overnight with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for that visit or overnight stay. If you cancel an entire non-holiday trip with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the entire reservation. Non-holiday cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded in full.
-Holiday Cancellations: Holiday reservations for Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekend require a 7-day notice for cancellations or client will be charged for the services which have been reserved. All holiday visits must be prepaid at the time of reservation for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's and these reservations are non-refundable.
