How can we offer such affordable rates? We do not sacrifice quality to give you a better rate. We limit our service area to Metro-Atlanta only. By doing this, we avoid the cost of mileage and high gas prices.  We also avoid high insurance costs by not providing overnight pet boarding. In return, this allows us to charge a lower rate per visit than other pet sitting services.

What makes you different from other companies? We never, ever charge for cancellations, even during the holidays. We understand that traveling can be unpredictable and we want to  help not hinder. Other companies charge as much as 50% to 100% for cancellations.

How do I know I can trust Atlanta Pet Au Pair? We have a great staff of professional pet au pairs who are dedicated to the care of your pet. We rigorously screen, interview and background check every potential staff member to ensure that we hire only responsible, mature, pet-loving individuals. Each staff member is individually insured and bonded. We are also more than happy to provide you with references from satisfied customers.

Our staff is dedicated to continuing education. We review current articles regarding animal health, development and safety. We are always trying to learn more in order to make our visits with your pet as rewarding as possible. 

We are all members of the ASPCA and Atlanta Pet Au Pair requires each employee to volunteer at a local animal shelter at least twice per year. Many of our employees are also personally active in the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, neglected and unwanted animals.

Atlanta Pet Au Pair is fully licensed, insured and bonded. We are also active NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) and PSI (Pet Sitters International) members.
