Atlanta Pet Au Pair Policies



Before You Leave: Please advise us if there are any alarm code or key changes. Make sure to leave an up-to-date emergency contact number. Please leave food, medications, treats, litter and/or poopie disposal bags where we can easily see them.

Payment: You may leave cash, check or money order (payable to Atlanta Pet Au Pair) for your sitter to pick up on their first visit to your home. If you wish to pay in advance, you may mail a check or money order to our office. For every 30 days past the last day of service that a payment is late, a $25 penalty will be assessed. Reservations for holidays or for any period of time over two weeks must be paid in full at time of booking.

Consultation Fee: We do NOT charge a fee for our intial consultation. If we have to return to your home to pick up keys a $15 charge will be assessed.

Keys: All clients are required to provide us with 2 sets of house keys at initial consultation upon contract signing.

Cancellations: We do NOT charge for cancellations, period. We understand that travel is unpredictable and we will not charge you for cancellations even on holidays.

Returned Checks: A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Pet Accidents:We will gladly clean up any pet accidents that occur during the time of our service. We will attempt to fully clean spots on carpet, rugs and floors, however, we will not be held responsible for professionally cleaning or replacing anything that is soiled or damaged by your pet.
